Baked potato Soup

Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients List:
2/3c. margarine
2/3c. flour
7c. milk
4 large potatoes, baked and cubed
4 green onions, choped or 1 yellow onion chopped
12 bacon strips cooked and crumbled or 1/2 jar real bacon bits
1 1/4c. shredded cheddar cheese
1c. sour cream
bag of frozen mix veggies (cauliflower, carrots, broccoli)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions/Method:
In a large pot, melt margarine. Stir in flour; heat and stir until smooth. Gradually add milk stirring constantly until thickened. Add potatoes, veggies and onions. Bring to a boil; stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer until veggies are done. Add remaining ingredeients. Stir until cheese is melted. Makes a huge pot.
